At New Life Church Kelowna it is the power of forgiveness that we need. There are many people who are in pain. Leadership is in pain because they made a very difficult decision to terminate the working relationship with the founding pastors of the church, Wesley & Stacey Campbell. I recommended that the person being bullied make a diary and appeal to higher authorities if the bullying does not stop. Traction is the courage of a conviction that translates that conviction into action. It is where the rubber meets the road. It is the powerful operative idea or experience that gives a person the grip they need to act in concert with their beliefs even in the face of great fear.
