Business Consultation & Coaching services with Alpha Safety Ltd.

• Conducted Due Diligence for Company expansion.
Conducted a One Week Vision Casting, Values Development & Strategic Planning event with Alpha Safety Ltd.
• Completed a Financial Analysis and developed a Business Plan & Budget. 
Provided a DISC Personality Style analysis of the Alpha Safety Management Team and produced  Work Style report for each member.

Launched Medi-Kel Family Practice & Walk In Clinic with Dr. Sue McLoughlin in 2001.  

Conducted Due Diligence and developed a 10 year Business Plan for Medi-Kel Clinic Inc. with annual gross revenue of $1,000,000.
Facilitated the development of a Values & Vision Statement for clinic and oversaw the development of a office policy and procedures manual for training new employees.
Developed and implemented a Marketing plan for the clinic including the Logo design; Brochure development and Web Site Launch.  Clinic had over 1,000 patient visits during its first month of operation!
Organized and chaired the Leadership Team governing Medi-Kel Clinic.

 Facilitated the Organization of the New Life Church Administrative Team including the development of a Vision, Mission Statement and Value Set and ongoing Coaching Services for Team Members. 

 Facilitated the original vision and development of the Christian Enterprise Trust of Zambia.  CETZAM has received grants from the Department for International Development of 10.5 million U.S. dollars to launch a micro credit facility in the nation of Zambia.

 Facilitated the launch of the Christian Enterprise Trust of Zambia. CETZAM is presently contracted by the Department for International Development (United Kingdom Development Agency) to implement the Northern Zambia Micro Enterprise Development (NOZAMED) Project which has a present capitalization of $10.5 Million US and will finance 45,000 Micro Loans to Small Business owners from 1998 to 2003. CETZAM will become Zambia’s first “Bank for the Poor.” 

Recently CETZAM has received notice for creating over 100,000 jobs in South Central Africa.

MISSIONARY & TENTMAKER 1993 to 1995.

 Relocated my family to Ndola, Zambia for a short term mission outreach to business people in Zambia.

 Developed a 21 hour Business Seminar: Planning A Successful Small Business to the Glory of God by combining my small business education and experience with research into small business practice in Zambia. As a tentmaking activity I conducted 15 seminars over a two year period in 6 major cities in Zambia, training over 1,000 small business people. The seminar was self financing, that is, it operated as a business to generate resources to cover expenses for the ministry and provide profits for further development.

 Produced a Radio show for small business entitled the Business Basics Show that airs on Radio Christian Voice in South Central Africa over a twenty six week period.

 Managed the fourth largest Cherry Orchard in the Kelowna Area.

 Produced an average Seasonal Harvest of 35 to 40 tons of Cherries.

 Responsible for liaison and consultation with 17 member agencies, including the Red Cross, Arthritis Society & Salvation Army.
